Lamar Compliance Co. was founded by Bryan and Tai Lamar. Bryan is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in automated logistics and high-pressure operational environments where precision, accountability, and systems management are critical.
Tai is a compliance professional with deep roots in Chicago's public construction landscape having worked on large-scale projects such as The Obama Presidential Center, CTA’s Red Line Track Renewal, and McCormick Place’s Wintrust Arena and Marriott Hotel.
Together, they bring over 15 years of hands-on experience managing complex workflows, EEO, DBE, and workforce compliance on some of the city's most high-profile projects.
